Fun Fobby Decks: Hydreigon

I need to put this note in advance. I'm sorry that I didn't post a decklist on Wednesday, I was busy that day, I tried and made the decklist, but I ran out of time and couldn't make a decklist. So to make up for it, I will make a decklist tomorrow as well. Also, there were some problems with this post because of some technical difficulties.

I'm a huge fan of hydreigon as a pokemon, but the card is also pretty playable as a "Just for fun" kind of deck. Let's look at Him.

(Poke-Body) Dark Aura: All energy attached to this pokemon are Darkness-attack.png Energy instead of their usual type.

The first thing you notice about Hydreigon is the massive 150hp, which is even out of range of some EX cards, making him a good tanking pokemon, combine that with the physic resistance. and you got a very powerful pokemon that can take alot of hits from pokemon like mewtwo. The other good thing is that he is a splash-able tank because he has a poke-body, Dark Aura, that allows all energy attached to him to be dark instead of their regular type, which makes him a very good attacker, and combine that with the fact that he works with DCE, and you get a very nice main attacker that is capable of taking hits and dishing out damage. The only problem I can think of that he has is being a stage 2. Being a stage 2 isn't that great, with all the hard-hitting Exes in the current format, he can still be knocked out in 1 hit from Zekrom and Reshiram EX, luckily, they aren't being played as much, but the next set will bring more powerful pokemon EX that can KO Hydreigon in 1 hit, such as Rayquaza, Ho-oH, and Terrakion (NO NOT MORE TERRAKION). Enough rambling, let's look at the decklist.

The Strategy is Simple: use Eelektrik and Dark Patch to accelerate your Hydreigon and Darkrai, while taking advantage of Darkrai's ability to give yourself free retreat. Mewtwo EX is to counter Mewtwo EX. And Shaymin is  here to take care of Terrakion. Also use cards like Sableye to reuse your hammers (also known as Hammertime!) and to reuse Dark Patch as well. Overall, this is a solid deck with a nice strategy, but I still need to test with it, I still really like the strategy, however.
